About the Role The Sygnum Clients team helps corporate, institutional, and individual clients navigate the breadth of our offerings across Custody, Brokerage, Credit&Lending, Token Products, Asset Management, and B2B.

Potential clients include funds, hedge funds, exchange‑traded products, proprietary trading firms, public and private pension funds, asset managers, etc. With Sygnum, you are part of a highly motivated team in a fast‑growing industry.

We are seeking a dynamic Intern to join our Funds&Hedge Funds team at our Zurich office. This is an exciting opportunity to support Sygnum in its mission to become the global partner bank of choice for digital assets.

During your 6‑month internship, starting in August 2026, you will play an active role in supporting our team with day‑to‑day operations and assisting in the preparation of client visits and management of client dossiers.

Responsibilities

Engaging with end clients through telephone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions, participating in the entire client life cycle from onboarding to maintaining existing relationships.

Providing daily client support, initiating and monitoring client transactions, and executing trading orders.

Working on projects and collaborating with various internal departments, gaining exposure to different aspects of our operations.

Qualifications

A people person with distinct customer focus, enjoyment of direct customer contact, and a strong inner drive to deliver world‑class customer service.

A strong interest in financial markets and its products, as well as in business development and sales.

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.

Fluency in German is a plus.

Ability to work in a structured and reliable manner.

Completed bachelor studies or equivalent.
