Focusing on securities processing, particularly in trade settlement and corporate actions, the rolecontributes to defining future-state processes, analysing impacts, validating data, and preparing operational teams for change. Close collaboration with local subject matter experts and international project teams is essential to ensure a smooth transition.YOUR CHALLENGEElicit, document and structure business requirements in cooperation with Operations stakeholdersAnalyse and map current and future-state processes within securities processing, with emphasis on trade settlement and corporate actionsAssess operational impact of system and process changes across asset classesContribute to the design of test scenarios and support end-to-end testing activitiesExtract, validate and interpret data to support solution design and decision-makingPrepare procedural documentation, user guides and training materials for Operations teamsSupport data quality initiatives and coordinate clean-up activities ahead of migrationYOUR PROFILECompleted apprenticeship in banking and/or higher education with focus in bankingExperience in a business analyst or coordination role within banking operationsStrong interest in process analysis, digital transformation and change enablementSolid skills in databasequerying or data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Power BI)Understanding of post-trade securities operations, particularly in trade settlement and corporate actions processing across equities, fixed income, funds and derivativesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesIndependentway of working combined with a solution-driven attitude and willingness to go the extra mileFluent in English; working knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatoryWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.#J-18808-Ljbffr
