Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analysis of diverse datasets to uncover business insights.
Design and deliver regular and on‑demand business analytics to meet stakeholder requirements.
Maintain monthly health of the business models.
Create and manage various financial modeling projects.
Extract and analyze data using Excel and other data management platforms.
Monitor and evaluate existing performance metrics, identify opportunities for new metrics development, and transform complex data into actionable recommendations.
Deliver strategic insights to guide business decisions and provide data‑driven recommendations through detailed analysis.
Create customized reports to address specific business needs.

Creating accurate, impactful reports.
Communicating complex data insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Supporting DE Sales teams with territory analysis and operational activities.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools used for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.
