2026 Off-cycle Internship– P&C Contact Center Services - ZH, Zürich (Kreis 11)

Your role Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off‑cycle Internship Program within our Personal&Corporate Chief Operations Office business in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

Use data and insights to develop new products and liaise with delivery leads and stakeholders to roll out our solutions to multiple Contact Centers.

Support senior project/product managers in their daily work.

Support the creation of rollout plans.

Create training material.

Design communication material.

Organize events around product presentations.

You’ll be working in the Personal&Corporate Global Multichannel Contact Center Services team, which is responsible for transforming, integrating and developing contact‑center related channels and products.

Qualifications

Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (or master’s).

Competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system.

Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.

Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.

Excellent English and German communication skills.

We welcome students from all majors, but interest in the financial industry is important.

Start date: 1 September 2026.
