Co‑construction instead of convention: You develop an independent academic profile through your own research ideas, conceptual precision, and a strong interest in theory‑based and experimental work.
Methodological strength: You develop advanced methodological competencies, particularly in experimental designs and meta‑analytic approaches, and apply them rigorously in your own research.
Academic collaboration and responsibility: You contribute actively to the intellectual life of the lab, engage reliably in collaborative projects, and take ownership of project‑related responsibilities.
Transfer with substance: You bring your research into dialogue with educational practice and relevant stakeholders, helping to strengthen the societal relevance and visibility of the lab's work.
Your profile
A master (or equivalent certificates) in the field of educational science, psychology, computer science, instructional design, etc.
A strong focus on scientific work with a desire for interdisciplinary collaboration
Sound expertise in quantitative methods‑ideally with a focus on experimental research
High interest in an academic career
Courage to innovate, paired with a healthy dose of pragmatism
Ideally initial experience in working in teams and research projects
Confident communication in English—our common working and publication language. Knowledge of German is a plus, but not a must!
