Lead end-to-end sourcing and category strategy initiatives for

Consulting and Professional Services

(e.g. Management Consulting, Strategy, IT Consulting, Change&Transformation, Professional Advisory). Act as a subject matter expert for consulting procurement, advising stakeholders on sourcing approaches, supplier selection, and commercial levers. Design and execute competitive RFI/RFP processes for consulting engagements and framework agreements. Negotiate contracts, rate cards, deliverables, SLAs, and commercial models with consulting firms, often with limited legal support.Manage strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews and value realization tracking. Analyze spend, demand patterns, and supplier performance to identify savings, efficiency, and value improvement opportunities. Closely partner with business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective sourcing strategies.Support global and regional sourcing initiatives while ensuring risk, compliance, and governance standards are met. Balance multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight timelines with a consulting-style delivery mindset. Candidate Profile

Several years of experience in

Consulting and Professional Services procurement . Strong experience negotiating consulting contracts, statements of work, and rate structures. Consulting mindset: structured, analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable challenging stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leaders and external consulting partners.Strong analytical capabilities with experience in spend analysis, benchmarking, and value tracking. In-depth understanding of the consulting supplier landscape and commercial models. High level of professionalism, flexibility, and resilience in a client-facing environment. Results-driven team player with a strong focus on value creation.
