Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee

technical projects across the

entire lifecycle , from concept through delivery and validation.

Coordinate cross-functional

teams including engineering, production, quality, and procurement.

Ensure compliance

with relevant rail industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.

Act as a

technical interface with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders .

Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to

ensure efficient project execution .

Prepare and deliver technical documentation , status reports, and presentations for management and customers.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

to ensure project success .

Qualifications&Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

Proven track record in

technical project management in the rail or transportation industry

is required.

Strong understanding of

complex technical systems and integration processes .

Proven track record of

leading cross-functional engineering teams .

Excellent

communication skills in German and English ; additional languages are an advantage.
