Your mission You will be part of an agile and self‑organizing development&machine learning team. On a day‑to‑day basis you will:

Develop and maintain our AI-powered contract analysis platform

Design, implement, and test new features

Collaborate with our product team to turn customer requirements into technical solutions

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes

Architect AI‑enabled features together with our team

Your profile

5+ years of experience in full‑stack development

Able to build a full feature from frontend to backend

Either proficient in frontend or backend or both (Angular, Typescript, Python)

Experience with databases (SQL) and APIs

Nice to have: Experience with MLOps and AI

Fluent in English, and ideally German

Swiss or European working permit

Quick learner with the courage and creativity to tackle complex challenges

Self‑motivated team player with strong organizational skills and a flexible mindset

20 min. interview with People Manager (cultural fit):

Have a chat to get an understanding of Legartis and the role you are interested in. We in turn want to get to know you and your expectations of your next challenge.

15 min. interview with CTO (technical fit):

Understand the technical requirements for this position better, as well as your future tasks and team setup.

1h interview with Dev team (case study):

To demonstrate your abilities, you have an in‑depth interview with our developer team. You showcase your abilities by presenting an exciting tech use case, like completing a coding challenge.

Additional interviews:

Meet the team you would be working with and take the opportunity to pose any remaining questions. There’s one meeting in our Zurich office to get to know it and meet the team in person.
