Internship - Founder’s Associate (f/m/d) valuemize is building the software backbone for Europe’s manufacturing future.

We’re creating a new category between ERP and PLM — Lifecycle Cost Intelligence — to help industrial companies make smarter, faster, and more profitable product decisions.

Now, we’re looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern — someone curious, driven, and eager to learn what it truly takes to build a B2B SaaS company from zero to one.

As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work side-by-side with the founding team on projects that directly move the company forward — across operations, customer development, marketing, and strategy.

You’ll get a front-row seat to startup building and play a hands‑on role in shaping how we grow.

✅ What You’ll Do

Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO to define short-term and long-term growth priorities.

Customer Success: Support onboarding, gather feedback, and build scalable processes to drive customer retention.

Marketing&Growth: Execute campaigns, create content, and track performance to generate demand and highlight customer success stories.

Data&Research: Analyze marekt data&customer feedback to support growth.

Investor&Partner Support: Prepare materials for fundraising and partnerships.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Technology or similar.

Prior experience in Consulting, Business Development, Sales, or Marketing is a plus.
