Position We are looking for a

Business Development Manager in Project Logistics

to join our team in Zurich.

Responsibilities

Active search for new Customers in Europe region majoring in selling Project Logistics services;

Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the Customers;

Retention and development of existing Customers;

Work with Sales Lists; on time closing of the set objectives;

Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and relating agreements; registering all the necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system;

Identification of regularity of Customer’s needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the Customer’s portfolio;

Evaluation of Customer satisfaction and the work on nonconformity;

Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.

Skills

5+ years experience in Project Logistics Sales;

Good knowledge of English;

Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry;

Deep knowledge of Project Logistics transportation;

Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills;

Proactive approach;

Existing book of business will be a good advantage;

Ability to work both individually and in a team.
