The opportunity Join our Supply Chain&Operations team to lead transformative logistics projects for global organizations. You will drive both strategic and operational improvements in digital logistics and fulfillment, with a strong focus on sales and client engagement.

Your key responsibilities

Sales Engagement Actively participate in the sales cycle, including proposal development, client presentations, and relationship building.

Design and implement logistics transformation programs, focusing on digitalization of transports (SAP TMS, OTM, BlueYonder, etc.), network modelling (Coupa, AIMMS, etc), warehouse (SAP EWM, BlueYonder, etc), and order management / OTC.

Advise clients on digital logistics strategies, network design optimization, 3PL/4PL contracting, lean warehousing, trade terms optimization, cost to serve.

Thought Leadership Stay ahead of industry trends in retail, direct-to-consumer, and technology-driven logistics. Contribute to internal knowledge development and best practices.

Skills and attributes for success

4-5 years in consulting or project-based roles within logistics and supply chain (retail or direct-to-consumer preferred).

Sales Orientation : Interest and ability to contribute to business development activities.

Technical Knowledge : Hands‑on experience implementing transport management systems, network design tools, WMS.

Project Leadership : Experience in managing projects.

Industry Insight : Familiarity with retail and consumer‑focused logistics models.

Communication : Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Flexibility : Willingness to travel regionally and globally.
