MISSION As

Quality Control Group Leader , you will lead the Quality Control team within the Quality department, ensuring the effective execution of product quality controls in compliance with EMS standards and regulatory requirements.

You will play a key role in supporting product release, supplier quality activities, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring strong collaboration across departments and alignment with global quality objectives.

TASKS&RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Contract Drafting, Review and Negotiation (approx. 50%)

Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements governed primarily by Swiss law, including: supply agreements, loan agreements, research and collaboration agreements, speaker, consulting and service agreements, NDAs and related contractual documentation.

Support internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle, from structuring to execution.

Ensure contractual risk assessment and consistency with Group standards.

Contribute to the development, maintenance and improvement of contract templates.

2. Legal Advice&Business Support

Provide clear and practical legal advice to internal departments on a wide range of legal matters.

Translate legal constraints into operationally workable solutions.

3. Corporate&Group Legal Support

Support corporate housekeeping matters for the parent company and international affiliates, including:

support in the incorporation and structuring of new affiliates,

coordination of legal requests from affiliates worldwide.

Liaise with external legal advisors in foreign jurisdictions as required.

Ensure alignment and consistency of legal approaches within the Group.

4. Employment Law Support

Advise and support HR on employment law matters.

Participate in the drafting, review and update of internal employment‑related policies and documentation.

Assist with employment law risk assessment in coordination with HR.

5. Data Protection&Compliance

Support data protection matters in coordination with the Data Protection Officer.

Assist with contractual and operational data protection questions.

Contribute to data‑protection‑related documentation and awareness.

6. Litigation&External Counsel Coordination

Handle Swiss law disputes and pre‑litigation matters.

Coordinate and instruct external legal counsel in Switzerland and abroad for contractual and litigation matters when required.

Ensure effective follow‑up and cost‑conscious management of external support.

7. Transparency Obligations&Compliance (Swiss Law)

Lead the internal review of the Group’s transparency and due diligence obligations under Articles 964 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations.

Coordinate cross‑functional compliance projects involving Legal, Purchasing and Quality, including the drafting of legal analyses and internal documentation.

Support the implementation of ethical, transparency and due‑diligence requirements in supplier contracts and Group‑wide processes.

Profile&Qualifications Education&Experience

University degree in Law (Swiss law background strongly preferred).

Knowledge of European labor law is a strong asset.

Relevant professional experience in an in‑house legal role or comparable environment.

Solid experience in contract law and legal support to business functions.

Knowledge of European labor law is an asset.

Swiss bar admission (Brevet d’avocat suisse) is a strong asset.

Legal Expertise

Strong knowledge of Swiss contract law and general commercial law.

Exposure to employment law, corporate matters and cross‑border legal coordination is an asset.

Strong knowledge of Swiss contract law and general commercial law.

Knowledge of European legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in cross-border commercial matters, is a plus.

Exposure to employment law, corporate matters and cross border legal coordination is an asset.

Excellent analytical and drafting skills.

Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player.

Pragmatic, business‑oriented mindset.

Strong sense of responsibility, discretion and confidentiality.

Very good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Languages

Fluent English and French (written and spoken).

German and/or additional languages are an asset.
