Production Technician, Saint-Blaise

The production technical operator will join our manufacturing line in Saint-Blaise and help produce high‑precision synchronization products.

Responsibilities

Manually mount and assemble the various elements that make up the clock core.

Produce according to the production plan in a clean‑room environment.

Operate equipment related to the various manufacturing processes.

Handle part of the quality incoming inspection of mechanical parts delivered by suppliers.

Ensure traceability of process steps.

Provide feedback on aspects such as manufacturability and defects.

Contribute to continuous improvements in the production line according to lean principles.

Perform stock operations in the ERP system.

Occasionally support work in the stock area and in logistics as needed.

Qualifications

Professional certificate in micromechanics or equivalent.

Ideally, at least 5 years of experience as a technical operator in an industrial manufacturing environment in a clean‑room.

Excellent quality and accuracy in all tasks, with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with an ERP system (SAP) and understanding of material flows in a production line.

Knowledge of vacuum technology is an advantage.

Operational knowledge of standard IT tools.

Willingness to integrate into a production team.

Readiness to learn new processes through training and acquire new competencies.

Strong interest in continuous improvement and problem solving.

Ability to read and communicate in English at level A2.

Location: Saint‑Blaise.
