Thanks to your expertise in mixology and your sense of service, you will contribute to enhancing every moment and ensuring impeccable quality, whether at the bar or in the dining room.- Welcome and advise customers with professionalism- Take orders and prepare drinks, cocktails, andhouse creations- Guarantee a fluid and quality service, even during periods of high traffic- Manage stocks and the cleanliness of the bar- Actively participate in the creation of drink, cocktail, and spirit menus- Ensure the collection of payments- Be available to work according to the usual hotelhours (including both weekdays and weekends)Your profile- Excellent presentation and a keen sense of customer service- French native language, fluent English essential- Solid technical bar skills- Very good knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails- Mastery of cocktail preparation and sales techniques- Successful experience as a Bartender in a 4 or 5-star establishmentAre you passionate, rigorous, dynamic, and do you enjoy working in a demanding and stimulating environment?
