To strengthen our Production department, we are looking for a:Conventional and CNC GrinderSetting up small series or complex individual parts, ensuring dimensional and surface precision and the conformity of parts according to requirements. Master the production means and products manufactured within the company.Tasks and responsibilities:- Setting up conventional and CNC machines- Setting up machines according to plans and production schedules- Flat,cylindrical, internal, and external grinding of mechanical parts- Checking dimensions, geometries, and surface conditions of machined parts- Reading and interpreting technical plans and specifications- Performing tool changes and parameter corrections- First-level maintenance of equipment- Respecting quality, safety, and deadline requirements- Continuous improvement of honing processes and finishing operations on complex parts if necessaryProfile:- Training in mechanics, machining, or production engineering- Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in industrial machining- Good command of reading mechanical plans and ISO standards- Knowledge of control and metrology instruments: micrometer, caliper, measuring column, etc.- Mastery of flat and cylindrical grinding, with knowledge of medium to large-sized parts- Skills in machine setup and choice of grinding wheels- Mastery of dimensional control and mastery of tight tolerances and geometric specifications- Knowledge of metrology means and quality control tools- Knowledge of precision machining and finishing- Notions of first-level equipment maintenance- Knowledge of conventional and/or CNC grinding machines- Ability to work in compliance with quality, safety, and production procedures- Meticulousness and attention to detail- Rigor, precision, and autonomy- Responsiveness- Reliability and team spirit- Ability to work in a team and adapt to production requirementsIf we have aroused your interest, we look forward to receiving yourcomplete application (cover letter, CV, diplomas, and work certificates).For more information about our company: jid3014956aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
