Your ResponsibilitiesYou will develop, design and optimize logistics processes for our new location in NeuenburgIn Supply Chain Management, you constantly work to improve existing processes, optimally implement new ones, and document them appropriatelyYou assess new ideas together with relevant stakeholders, using both qualitative and quantitative analysisYou ensure proper training, documentation, and correct application of processes by regularly participating in operational logistics activitiesDepending on the situation, you assume different responsibilities during project implementation, including coordinating project teams as a project manager or independently driving optimization initiativesYou identify optimization opportunities, initiate the necessary actions, and ensure their successful implementationYour skillsA university degree (FH, University, ETH) in Process Management, or a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualificationAt least 3 years of professional experience in process development or project management in an industrial or logistics environment;
