Regional Account Manager– Solutions Manufacturing- YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS- Prospect and develop new industrial clients in French-speaking Switzerland, relying on the CRM, marketing, and your own network.- Understand and analyze clients' business challenges (product design, document management, traceability, quality, after-sales service) and transform them into concrete commercial opportunities.- Qualify projects by identifying decision-makers, impacted processes, budget, schedule, and client priorities.- Present and demonstrate software solutions (CAD/CAM, APS, MES and EDM, Quality, After-sales service) with a consulting approach, oriented towards added value and ROI.- Build customized offers in collaboration with pre-sales consultants and technical experts, ensuring their technical and financial relevance.- Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, offer drafting, and handover to the teams.- Develop and retain the existing portfolio by identifying growth, cross-selling, and up-selling levers.- This is a traveling position with 80% of your working time spent in the field in the French-speaking Switzerland region.- RECRUITMENT PROCESS STEPSAfter an initial pre-selection interview in English, you will have an online interview with our Sales Director.
