Sgipa is a reference partner, proactive and attentive to people who need individualized support in their employment projects and in one of our residences welcoming seniors with intellectual disabilities, we are looking for a:Assistant in Community Care and Health (ASSC)Your mission- Ensure quality care in the field of nursing and in activities of daily living through medico-technical acts, assistance, and daily life support;- Participate in the key stages of the support project for aging people in the residence: reception, interdisciplinary meetings, interdisciplinary activities, care, and support;- Actively participate in the proper functioning of the residence and in the general care of the residents;- Ensure the safety and guarantee a good quality of life for each resident;- Perform routine tasks related to the position;- Participate in projects related to the profile.Profile- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an assistant in community care and health with authorization to practice in the canton of Geneva;- You have solid experience with aging people with disabilities and are familiar with the CRPD;- You know the Geneva health and social networks;- You are able to adapt with flexibility and responsiveness to emergency situations;- You demonstrate rigor and a sense of responsibility;- You know how to show listening skills, availability, and perseverance;- You combine team spirit and the ability to act autonomously;- You are comfortable with standard office tools;- You are willing to work irregular hours, including weekends.Type of contract: permanentActivity rate: 80%Start date: to be agreedYour complete application file (cover letter, curriculum vitae, copies of diplomas and work certificates) must be sent before June 20.
