Intermunicipal Administrative Treasurer, Morges

Following the retirement of the current job holder, the inter-municipal wastewater authority for the Morges region is opening the position of:Inter-municipal Bursar in charge of accounting:- Maintain the inter-municipal accounting and ensure treasury management- Establish budgets and financial statements with the Management Committee and Management- Close the accounts and collaborate with the fiduciary- Manage the billing (creditors and debtors)- Establish VAT statements- Manage salaries and social security- Participate in meetings of the management, finance, and inter-municipal council commissions, and occasionally the Management Committee- Collaborate on human resources tasksTasks:- Coordinate the activities of the inter-municipal office- Ensure the secretariat of the Management Committee (correspondence, minutes, notices)- Participate in Management Committee meetingsYour profile:- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in commerce, accounting, and/or a federal certificate or equivalent- Experience in a municipal or inter-municipal administration desired- Knowledge of MCH2 would be an asset- Sense of rigor and precision- Sense of responsibility and discretion- Good command of IT tools (accounting and office software)We offer:- A pleasant working environment within a small team- A stable, interesting, and varied job- Social benefits adapted to the requirements of the positionStart date:Immediately or by arrangementInformation:Applications and deadline:Offers, consisting of a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, usual certificates, and references, must be sent in a single PDF file, no later than May 29. jid6b73f05aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
