We are at home throughout Europe and always close to our customers.Key Account Manager (f/m/d)To support Bechtle in its growth, we are looking for a:Your mission- Ensure the monitoring, retention, and development of a portfolio of existing clients, mainly in the public sector in the French-speaking region, while contributing to the acquisition of new clients.- Collaborate with our various Business Units to offer global IT solutions to our clients (Professional Services, Managed Services, Skills Management, Data&Analytics, and Hardware and Software products).- Develop and monitor account plans for clients and prospects and manage responses to calls for tenders.- Develop and maintain relationships with our partners.- Participate in client and partner events.- Ensure the accuracy of forecasts and regular reporting of activity.- Contribute to the company's dynamic and culture.Your profile- You are passionate about the IT field, human relations, and sales.- You have about ten years of experience in commercial roles and have confirmed experience as a KAM or Account Manager in Switzerland in the services sector.- You know the French-speaking economic fabric and ideally, you live there.- You are able to understand client challenges, establish a relationship of trust, and propose adapted solutions.- You know how to unite and work transversally with different internal teams.- Competition does not scare you, quite the contrary!- You speak French fluently and have excellent knowledge of English (C1/C2).Our proposal- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented IT sector.- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Flexibility: fix the place and working hours individually according to needs.Bechtle Suisse SABechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the fields: IT Infrastructure, Modern Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Data&Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
