Your Role AI applications and performance board development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on two key initiatives that enhance our manufacturing processes. You will focus on developing AI-driven solutions to optimize operations and improve efficiency, as well as contributing to the development of a performance management board application aimed at streamlining performance management across teams.

Key Responsibilities

AI Applications Development:

Design and develop AI applications, including intelligent agents and Gen AI chatbots, tailored for manufacturing processes. Analyze production data to identify patterns and insights that inform AI model development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing manufacturing systems. Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability in a production environment.

Performance Management Board Development:

Collaborate in the design and implementation of a performance management board application to streamline performance tracking and reporting. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the application meets the needs of the organization. Analyze performance data to provide insights that drive improvements in team productivity and efficiency. Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in mathematics, physics, computer science or a similar field with willingness to learn about the healthcare industry.

Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis techniques, including statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.

Software development experience (web/backend frameworks, APIs, CI/CD, containerization) is a plus.

Experience with AI application development and deployment in a manufacturing context is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.

Good communication skills and ability to present technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
