Join our team of over 300 and become our:What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating:- You lead and support the members of the LPP Pension team (13 people).- You participate in management (professional processing and customer service for files).- You guarantee the quality of work through good supervision.- You support the Manager in their activities and are involved in company projects related to your department.- You participate in projects and initiate improvements to the team's work processes (including tests).What you bring to HOTELA:- You hold a Federal Diploma in Social Insurance or have equivalent experience, complemented by training in management.- You have experience in supervising a team of administrators and possess very good skills in managing 2nd pillar pension files.- You are fluent in French and have excellent knowledge of German, or vice versa.- You are a flexible, available person and possess a developed sense of human relations.- Thanks to your leadership, you know how to manage and motivate your team.
