Balcons du Lac brings together the EMS in Montreux, the EMS Laurelles in Territet, the EMS in Blonay, two temporary reception centers in Montreux and Villeneuve, as well as adapted housing with support in Blonay. It employs approximately 180 people. To complete our care teams across all our establishments, we wish to hire on an open-ended contract:Pool NurseYour mission:- Define individualized care for residents and propose measures allowing for progress in functioning and quality of care;- Be responsible for the execution and monitoring of care provided by staff (ASSC and nursing assistants);- Organize and participate daily in the activities of the care department;- Get involved in the establishment's development projects, in interdisciplinarity, as well as in compliance with internal directives and regulations;- Keep resident files up to date daily;- Ensure nursing on-call duties in rotation with all nurses of the organization;- Perform tasks related to the position.Your profile:- Nurse with HES diploma or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross;- Ability to integrate into young, dynamic, and experienced teams;- Motivated, responsible, and autonomous person;- Good knowledge of standard professional software in the field (DIR, etc.);- Interest in the elderly;- Experience in EMS or accustomed to working in large units.We offer you:- A pleasant working environment, within a motivated team, open to continuous training and development in an institution that complies with the collective labor agreement of the parapublic health sector.Start date: Immediately or to be agreed upon.We look forward to receiving your complete application (Cover letter, CV, work certificates, copy of CFC, and copy of diploma) by May 31 via the application form of our advertisement. jidef4a204aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
