We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and transformation-driven Warehouse&Backoffice Manager to join our team in Möhlin, Switzerland. In this pivotal role, you will not only ensure operational excellence but also lead key change initiatives aimed at evolving and modernizing our supply chain landscape. Operating under Swiss Fashion Time AG, you will act as a central driver in optimizing processes, integratingnew systems, and supporting strategic supply chain improvements across the internationally recognized ILG Group. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces change, and can bridge operations, technology, and business needs to implement forward-looking solutions.Key Responsibilities Warehouse, Logistics&Supply Chain Transformation Operational Continuity&Improvement : Oversee and ensure seamless daily warehouse operations for our Swiss warehouse facility for domestic&international order processing both import and export. Change Management Leadership : Drive and support transformation initiatives related to supply chain processes, new logistics models, and operational redesign, ensuring successful adoption across teams. People Management : Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture that embraces continuous improvement and adaptability to change.Inventory Control&Optimization : Own inventory accuracy and flow while introducing improved practices and systems to enhance visibility and reduce discrepancies. Stock Audits : Lead comprehensive annual stock-take processes while identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization. Cross-Border&Network Planning : Coordinate regional inventory strategies and contribute to the redesign and optimization of broader European supply chain operations. Systems, IT Integration&Process Excellence IT Integration Leadership : Act as a key interface between operations and IT to support the integration of new systems, tools, and digital solutions within the supply chain environment. ERP&Systems Ownership : Serve as the on-site expert for ERP systems, ensuring stability while contributing to system enhancements and future upgrades. Process&Interface Optimization : Lead and support the development, testing, and implementation of system interfaces between key clients, 3PL partners, and internal platforms, including customs systems. Digital Transformation Support : Play an active role in identifying and implementing new technologies and solutions to modernize supply chain operations and improve data-driven decision-making.Order Processing&Client Relations End-to-End Order Management : Execute day-to-day order processing, invoicing, and fulfillment for assigned Swiss and international client portfolios. Export&Import Customs : Issue precise export documentation for global shipments and liaise directly with freight forwarders. B2B Account Management : Serve as a direct point of contact for international clients, sales representatives, and European backoffice teams to handle daily inquiries. Commercial&Administrative Support Supply Chain Planning : Manage disposition and inventory planning to secure optimal product availability for key brands in the Swiss market. Product Planning : as required. Financial Assistance : Raise vendor purchase orders and invoices and collaborate with the finance team to assist with Swiss market Accounts Receivable.Data Integrity : Update and maintain precise master data, including Recommended Retail Prices (RRPs) and margin implementations. Reporting : Compile and prepare monthly sales figures and operational reports for management review. Qualifications&Experience Supply Chain Expertise : Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain roles, ideally within a transformation or optimization context. Change Management Capability : Demonstrated ability to lead or support operational change initiatives, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.IT&Integration Experience : Solid understanding of system integration, particularly with 3PL providers and supply chain platforms; experience in managing or supporting integration projects is highly desirable. ERP Knowledge : Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics (Navision / Business Central), with an interest in system improvement and digitalization.Analytical&Solution-Oriented Mindset : Ability to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive implementation in a structured and pragmatic way. Fluency in English and German
