We are offering you the opportunity to join our Finance&Controlling department as : INTERN FP&A CONTROLLING_m/f (100%)_Geneva 6-MONTH INTERNSHIP Collaborate with the different departments of VisilabGroup, with a strong focus on sales analysis and performance monitoring Support the tracking of daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, contributing to forecasting activities and the annual budgeting processWork closely with the EssilorLuxottica Group Corporate Finance team to ensure alignment between local and corporate reporting standards Prepare accurate, clear and data-driven analyses to support business decisions across different topics and projects Contribute to the preparation of the monthly reviews for EssilorLuxottica Group, ensuring reliable and timely reportingSupport FP&A activities through the management of financial systems and the reconciliation of Profit&Loss accounts, ensuring a smooth and accurate P&L review process Support data upload activities related to forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring data consistency, accuracy and reliability throughout the reporting cycle Take an active role in improving reporting processes and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and quality of analysisApproach tasks with curiosity, initiative and a strong willingness to learn and challenge yourself in a dynamic environment Your Qualifications and Skills : Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good PowerPoint skills Curious mindset, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and work independentlyAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and a rigorous approach to financial controls Strong problem-solving attitude and continuous focus on process improvement and efficiency Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines MANDATORY !
