Senior Sales Manager Distributor Market EMEA Objective of the Role:

Create stock and sales plans for each account that match financial targets and company goals. Meet regularly with distributors and retailers to plan sales and marketing, build strong relationships, and understand their goals, market conditions, challenges, competitors, and opportunities. Prepare and track quarterly profit and loss for each account to ensure financial targets are met. Review and challenge the yearly advertising and promotion budget from partners to maximize local investment. Track distributor and retailer sales, stock levels, and activities to increase sales and maintain brand image. Create forecasts and budgets aligned with Revlon’s overall strategy. Review and negotiate pricing and distributor terms to ensure Revlon is well positioned in each market. Review store conditions (terms, space, location, offers) to meet company and distributor goals. Successfully launch new products and secure plans, orders, and processes. Follow up on distributor meetings with clear actions to drive business progress. Work with internal teams to achieve company and account goals, including orders, payments, logistics, marketing, and finance. Ensure brand presentation and visuals follow company standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Languages: Fluent in English; French is highly desirable, and Italian or Spanish would be an asset. Strong numerical and analytical abilities, including calculating margins, ROI, and analyzing P&L statements. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Advanced proficiency in Excel is required. Strong problem‑solving skills, with a proactive mindset and a positive, can‑do attitude. Initial experience in team management, even managing one person, is considered a plus. Ability to maintain consistent performance under pressure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance. 5–10 years of sales experience within the FMCG industry. Previous experience managing distributors in FMCG industry is a strong advantage. Experience in the beauty industry is a plus. Prior professional experience in Switzerland would be beneficial.
