We are looking for a Brand Lead to join our headquarters in Geneva, focusing on our Respiratory products. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you are responsible for driving key brand plan activities, working in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and contributing your marketing expertise to shape and support the overall brand strategy. As the leader of your projects, you ensure strong alignment both internally and with external partners, while actively engaging and training partners on a daily basis.
Your Main Responsibilities Are As Follows
Lead the development, approval, and timely delivery of impactful marketing and medico‑marketing tools, ensuring strong collaboration with Medical Affairs, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
Drive an omnichannel approach by integrating digital innovation into customer touchpoints and ensuring effective launch, visibility, and training across affiliates and partners.
Lead the development and execution of the annual communication and brand plan, driving visibility through congresses, digital campaigns, and key initiatives while ensuring strong cross‑functional collaboration and prioritization across markets.
Leverage insights, KPIs, and competitive intelligence to support strategic planning and enable data‑driven decision‑making across teams.
Build strong partnerships with regional and affiliate teams, ensuring global strategies are effectively adapted and implemented locally.
Support the growth and engagement of partner communities through alignment, training, and collaborative initiatives.
Ensure accurate tracking of the marketing budget and smooth management of marketing processes and systems (e.g., Veeva).
Contribute to marketing excellence, innovation, and a strong collaborative team spirit across the organization.
Business travel is required for this position, around 15% of working time.
Desired Profile
Business school or university degree, ideally with a specialization in the pharmaceutical industry; or a scientific background with robust marketing specialization.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager within the pharmaceutical industry managing Rx products, preferably with international exposure.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market trends, track competitors, and translate data into actionable insights.
Knowledge in Veeva platform and IQVIA data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with at least intermediate proficiency in French.
