For one of our clients, we are looking for Team Leaders.Building Team LeaderYour missions and responsibilities- Ensure the smooth running of construction and small civil engineering works.- Mastery of site management and supervision, order management, calculation of material needs.- Management of teams (8 to 15 people), quality control, technical meetings, respect for deadlines and safety rules.- Reading plans, formwork of vertical and horizontal elements.- Traditional formwork, metal formwork (Meva), panels.- Reinforcement, stripping, dressing, vibrating, concrete.- Brick laying, installation of prefabricated stairs and finishes, exposed concrete.- A machinist or crane operator license is a plus.- Motivate a team of workers to carry out the work in accordance with our requirements and those of our clients.You are a conscientious, dynamic person, demonstrating leadership and endowed with extensive experience in the relevant fields. You hold a diploma as a team leader as well as several years of experience, ideally in Switzerland, in team management.
