To support its development, it is looking for:IT SUPPORTYour missionsYou play a key role in the proper functioning of our IT environment. You ensure the maintenance and IT support for all end users, whether for equipment (workstations, peripherals), software, servers, or networks. You process requests and incidents via our ticketing tool, providing quick and effective solutions. If necessary, you escalate complex cases to our external partner, respecting defined procedures and ensuring proper follow-up. Youactively participate in the deployment, updating of equipment and software, access management, as well as the training and support of users. You guarantee the deployment of security patches, the monitoring of alerts, the supervision of backups, and the training of teams on good cybersecurity practices. Finally, you administer our systems and network infrastructure to ensure their performance, security, and availability.Your profileBenefiting from a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in IT, a University of Applied Sciences (HES) degree, or an equivalent qualification, you can demonstrate a few years of experience in the field. You have good knowledge of systems (Windows, IOS, Android) as well as AD, Azure, and M365 systems. You also master network concepts such as DHCP, DNS, and IP.
