Our unique technology allows us to produce highly precise and innovative microcapsules that empower materials to unlock new capabilities; all tailored to various markets from cosmetics to nutraceutical and pharma. Our first commercial focus is a genuine breakthrough for the perfume industry: alcohol‑free fine fragrances . We already have our first products on the market with reputable brand partners and are now preparing global launches to establish Microcaps as the reference for next‑generation fragrance bases. With our dedicated perfume factory being finalized in 2025, our mission for 2026 is clear: make alcohol‑free fine fragrance available worldwide. To strengthen our team in Worben (BE) we are looking for a: Quality Control Technician, 80-100% As Quality Control Technician you will ensure that Microcaps products meet established quality standards and customer requirements through comprehensive testing and inspection procedure. This position requires analytical skills, attention to detail and understanding of quality control procedures and testing methods used in cosmetic manufacturing. With novel products and unique technology Tasks Quality control of Incoming Goods, Intermediates, Bulks, and Finished Goods Performing of quality control measurements using basic laboratory equipment but also visual and sensory evaluation Document review of manufacturing protocols and weighing protocols Documenting your measurements and findings in a LIMS Contributing to the product release process In case of OOS, support Root Cause Analysis and CAPAs Requirements Laboratory skills like pH-, density-, refractive index- and viscosity-measurements Experience with microbiological testing is a plus Excellent IT skills to work with MS 365 tools but also a LIMS and ERP; Great computer literacy Great attention to details Ability and enjoyment of self-organization and creating a highly organized environment within your area of responsibility You are a natural communicator and are able to understand the needs of a dynamic team with ease Work permit in Switzerland required, fluent in English and German Application : Please apply using the form on our Webpage’s Career Site Microcaps(at)ch -- career
