Your role with us

Responsibility for the efficient handling of all warehouse processes (goods receipt, putaway, order picking and dispatch)

You will provide support as required across all operational areas (stand‑in role)

Ensuring timely and high‑quality order processing, particularly of customer orders

Monitoring, managing and optimising stock levels, including carrying out stock‑takes

Analysing existing warehousing processes and continuously developing and optimising them (e.g. LEAN approaches)

Working closely with the Purchasing and Sales departments

Ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations

Supporting the Warehousing Team Lead with optimisation projects and the development and maintenance of key performance indicators

Assisting with the training of logistics apprentices

What you bring to the role

A completed qualification in logistics (e.g. Logistics Specialist EFZ) or a technical/commercial qualification with relevant practical experience in logistics

Several years’ professional experience in warehouse logistics

A high degree of flexibility combined with a quick grasp of processes and expertise in all operational areas of logistics

Experience in using warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP, WMS or Microsoft Dynamics)

Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)

Very good command of German and a basic knowledge of English

Further training in logistics or supply chain management would be an advantage

Strong IT skills and a passion for working with systems

Strong process‑oriented mindset and knowledge of LEAN management

Structured, independent and solution‑oriented approach to work

Analytical thinking and a good understanding of interrelationships

Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, and a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility
