Client Associate, Lucerne

Responsibilities

Personal&telephone contact with clients. Administrative and client‑focused support for several Relationship Managers. Self‑reliant handling of client administration: account opening, account transfer, account closing. Execution and monitoring of client orders and independent care of clients in the absence of Relationship Managers (day‑to‑day operations,processing of stock orders, fixed deposits, products, clarifications, etc.).Pre‑ and post‑processing of client visits and business trips. Permanently updating client data in the CRM system. Creation of sales documentation and general correspondence in German and English. Participation in client events. Assisting with administrative work of the office. Qualifications

Completed banking education at a reputable bank. Experience in settlement and process area. Very good German, good English language skills. Excellent PC skills (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel). Avaloq knowledge a plus. High customer and service orientation. Strong learning and commitment, very good organisational skills.Independent, structured, precise work style with impeccable and absolutely discreet manners.
