Marketing&Growth Specialist (M/F/D) (80-100%), Lucerne

Salona Consulting is a Swiss based company specialized in Croatian citizenship by descent and heritage services. We assist descendants of Croatians from all over the world in reconnecting with their Croatian roots and obtaining Croatian citizenship by descent.

Over the last years, our company has grown significantly and we are now looking for a Marketing&Growth Specialist to help us professionalize and structure our marketing and sales processes as we continue scaling.

This is not a traditional“social media only” marketing role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys combining:

- marketing

- customer journey thinking

- sales process structure

- operations

- branding

- communication

- and growth strategy

You would work directly with the founder and collaborate closely with our operations, onboarding, and marketing team.

Tasks

Your responsibilities

- Help structure and improve Salona’s sales and lead management process

- Coordinate marketing initiatives and content planning

- Support the relaunch and growth of our website and customer portal

- Improve customer journey and onboarding flows

- Coordinate with external partners/agencies

- Help improve CRM and communication workflows

- Support content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube

- Assist with email marketing and lead nurturing

- Ensure consistency of Salona’s premium brand positioning and communication

- Analyze marketing and sales performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

What we are looking for

- Experience in marketing, sales, growth, customer journey, or related fields

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work in a growing and fast paced environment

- Interest in branding, systems, operations, and process improvement

- Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time

- Independent and proactive personality

- Excellent English skills required

- Croatian and/or Portuguese are a plus

- Experience with CRM systems, automations, or digital tools is a plus
