Your Mission As a

Senior O2C Specialist , you will manage the full

Order-to-Cash cycle , acting as the primary contact for German-speaking customers while ensuring compliance within a regulated medical-device environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

end-to-end O2C process

Process, validate, and monitor customer orders with high accuracy

Coordinate shipments and product availability with logistics teams

Handle billing, invoicing&payment-related inquiries

Investigate and resolve order or billing discrepancies

Collaborate with supply chain, finance&customer service teams

Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, KPIs&SLAs

What Were Looking For

Fluent

German (C1+)

Experience in

Order-to-Cash, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Excellent communication&problem-solving skills

Ability to work

on-site in Porto

Meal Allowance:

300€ (current policy) From 01/01/2026: 7.63€ net per working day

3,000€ Welcome Bonus

(subject to company policy)

Permanent contract with 90-day trial period

Relocation Package (If moving to Portugal)

Studio in company-shared accommodation from Day 1

280€/month (deducted from payslip)
