Graphic Designer, Lugano

Philipp Plein Group is looking for a Graphic Designer focused on content creation, with a strong digital mindset and a sharp eye for visual communication. This role is ideal for someone who can combine design sensitivity, technical execution, and a contemporary approach to creative development.

A key part of the role will be the ability to use

generative AI

as a creative support tool, helping accelerate ideation, explore visual directions, and improve workflow efficiency while keeping a strong focus on brand consistency and quality.

What you will do

Design digital web and mobile interfaces with a strong focus on user experience

Create and develop layouts for websites, including landing pages, e-commerce, and corporate websites

Create graphic assets for digital campaigns, social media, and advertising

Develop and maintain visual guidelines

Collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams

Use generative AI tools to support creative concepts and workflows

Key requirements

Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

Advanced experience with Figma

Strong web design skills, including responsive design, grids, and UI best practices

Solid knowledge of UI design, including typography, colour, and visual hierarchy

Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, or similar

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
