Business Development&Sales Operations

In this role, you will work closely with our Sales Engineers and technical teams, contributing hands‑on to deals while improving how we manage pipeline, clients and overall sales performance.
You will play a key role in bridging commercial execution and operational excellence, supporting both new business development and the growth of existing clients.
Key Responsibilities Sales Support
Work side by side with Sales Engineers from first meeting through contract signature
Support the structuring of proposals, contracts and commercial models
Proactively follow up on opportunities and push deals forward, especially in post‑proposal phases
Client Growth
Structure and improve how we manage and grow existing clients
Implement regular touchpoints and identify new opportunities within current accounts
Contribute to improving overall sales performance
New Business Development
Identify new business opportunities by industry and geography
Build and execute outbound, reactivation and referral initiatives
Support outreach activities and lead qualification
Collaborate with marketing to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion into sales
Pipeline&Sales Operations
Own and manage the CRM (HubSpot): keep the pipeline updated, flag stalled deals, maintain data quality
Monitor and improve conversion rates across stages and flag bottlenecks
Build reports and dashboards to give the team visibility on sales performance
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B sales (tech, SaaS, or consulting environments)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar
Proven experience closing complex deals
Strong experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
Comfortable working in close collaboration with technical teams
Fluency in Italian and English (min C1)
German and/or French is a plus
