Corporate Action Analyst

to join our lively international team and work on projects for Europe's leading brands!

Roles&Responsibilities

Processing all mandatory and voluntary corporate actions (stock splits, stock dividends, spin-offs, exchanges, mergers, tenders, consents) on global custody accounting system Shareholders' meetings and disclosure management Manage Corporate Actions Escalations related to internal and external stakeholdersCorporate action information received from vendors and other sources is accurately interpreted and recorded on the Corporate Actions Dept The high degree of risk inherent in corporate actions processing is identified, understood, and controlled so that financial losses due to misinterpretation of information or processing error are minimizedProcessing client elections / instructions on voluntary corporate actions Demonstrate the ability to identify potential risk scenarios Implement controls to minimize operational risk Knowledge of securities master data (knowledge of Bloomberg and Telekurs is a plus) What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred but not required Solid working knowledge of the key elements of CA processing Possess the ability to call out high risk items or seek assistance to minimize loss to either the shareholder and/or Fidelity Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily objectives Strong attention to detail and ability to identify risk and risk mitigation opportunities Ability to multi-task and work autonomously while balancing own work and assisting the team Knowledge of Area Finanza CAD represents a preferential criterionLanguage– Italian Bilingual/Native&English B1 FORFIRM is an equal opportunities employer that values diversity within the company.
