Junior Creative Designer– AI-Driven (Fashion&Graphics), Lugano

Overview We are looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our team, supporting both the style office and creative production across fashion, graphics, and digital content.

This is an entry-level role ideal for a designer with strong creative potential and a solid technical base, eager to work with AI-driven tools as a core part of the design process, alongside traditional design workflows.

Responsibilities

Create artworks and graphics for garments (prints, placements, all-over patterns)

Support the style office in developing collections and design concepts

Assist in preparing technical sheets (tech packs) for production

Use AI-driven tools to generate visuals, concepts, variations, and video content

Develop visual and video assets for presentations, campaigns, and digital platforms

Translate creative ideas into production-ready files

Support the team in creating mockups and internal presentation materials

Qualifications

Background in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or similar fields

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong interest and initial experience in using AI tools within the creative workflow

Understanding of garment graphics, prints, and basic construction

Attention to detail and willingness to learn production processes

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks

Nice to Have

Experience with AI-generated visuals or video content

Basic knowledge of tech packs or apparel production workflows

Interest in fashion trends, streetwear, or contemporary design culture
