Finance Coordinator (temporary contract until 31.12.2026)
The Finance Coordinator will support EADV’s financial operations by ensuring accurate accounting processes, assisting with financial reporting and compliance activities, and contributing to data analysis and administrative efficiency. The role is key to maintaining reliable financial records and supporting the organization’s day-to-dayfinancial management.
Responsibilities
Manage and perform day-to-day accounting activities, including supporting financial transactions, payments, account reconciliations, and supporting the monthly closing process
Provide support for reimbursement and credit card payments
Assist in financial data analysis and reporting activities
Maintain and organize accounting and administrative documentation archives, both paper-based and electronic
Collaborate with the teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial tasks
Support in the Facility management
Requirements
Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Finance and Accounting Specialist– Swiss Certification
Previous experience in accounting and controlling functions
Experience in Taxation, including foreign VAT and cross-border tax matters, is considered a plus
I/C Operations experience is considered a plus
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Analytical skills and attention to detail
