Overview Production Planner (m/f/d) - 100%

Location : Mezzovico (TI), Switzerland

Type of Contract : permanent employment

Responsibilities

Develop collaborative demand plans by partnering closely with Business Units and customers.

Build and maintain the Master Schedule, ensuring accurate material and capacity planning within the ERP system.

Create and execute a feasible production plan, working cross‑functionally to ensure on‑time delivery.

Monitor revenue performance, forecast accurately, and drive corrective actions when targets are at risk.

Improve planning processes, automate standard workflows, and enhance site capabilities.

Qualifications

Strong ERP/MRP knowledge, with SAP (P02) experience preferred.

1–2 years of materials or planning experience (preferred) and a solid understanding of logistics requirements.

Coding skills in Python (Pandas/Numpy/OS) to support automation and data analysis.

Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interpret and create operational documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Economics, or equivalent experience.

Fluency in English and Italian, further languages are a strong plus
