He/she will take the helm of the Human Resources function, shaping it into a strategic pillar that supports growth, compliance, and employee well-being.This mission will be fulfilled through the following responsibilities: Contribute to making the company a“Best Place to Work” by nurturing business vitality and workplace culture Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and managers, identifying opportunities for delegation, role clarity, and internal organizationLead and continuously improve HR processes from operations to strategy (recruitment, onboarding, performance, compliance) Develop clear job descriptions, backup structures, and interchangeability maps to ensure continuity and role transparency Digitize HR workflows and support adoption of internal tools across teams (e.g., DocuWare)Ensure labor law compliance and communicate employment terms clearly Support managers in building a respectful, safe, and compliant work environment Act as a trusted contact for sensitive employee matters (permits, family needs, documentation) Design fair evaluation and bonus systems in collaboration with top managementPromote“train the trainer” practices and coach team leaders in People development Establish optimal interaction and collaboration with the pay roll and personnel administration. Ensure unity of vision between the two roles within the company REQUIREMENTS Hard Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related fieldSeveral years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic HR role Solid budget outlook Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written). German is a plus Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is essential Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, compliance and local praxisExperience with ISO standards and internal audits (HR-related) Proficiency in HR digital tools and document digitization practices Soft Skills Natural coach and mentor, passionate about promoting personal growth and constructive feedback Commitment to embedding a culture of quality, respect, and continuous improvementAssertive yet collaborative: able to partner with team leaders to foster ownership and leadership development Strong interpersonal intelligence: able to calibrate tone and communication based on audience High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information (e.g., salaries, contracts) Strong organizational and analytical skills: structured thinker with a hands-on approachCapacity to act with independence, objectivity, and emotional neutrality in high-stakes situations This is a unique opportunity to build, structure, and elevate the HR function from the ground up, directly reporting to company Management and working closely with production team leaders.
