Inside Sales Representative, Lavertezzo

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer service activities and maintain regular communication with clients.

Handle sales administration, commercial documentation and CRM updates.

Process customer orders through the ERP system and coordinate delivery timelines internally.

Support the Area Manager in daily commercial activities, reporting and business travel organization.

Assist in lead generation, sales pipeline management and business development activities.

Requirements&Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Economics or equivalent.

Previous experience in sales support, customer service or commercial teams within the pharmaceutical industry.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.

Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).

Customer-oriented, proactive and result-driven mindset.

Experience in an international environment is a plus.
