Stock and Distribution Manager, Le Locle

At DIXI Polytool, a recognized specialist in the production of high-precision cutting tools in numerous fields (watchmaking, medical, bar turning, automotive...), we are opening a position for a Stock and Distribution Manager. Join us to manage flows and support a passionate and rigorous team!Stock and Distribution ManagerYou will report to the Supply Chain Director and you will supervise all activities related to stock management, manage a team of about ten people, and lead continuous improvement projects. You will guarantee the reliability of flows and data, and optimize supplies according to needs and production capacities.Main tasks- Guarantee the reliability of physical stocks and systems (ERP/WMS) and ensure the consistency of flows- Optimize stock levels according to forecasts, production constraints, and secure rolling and annual inventories- Supervise packaging, shipping, and receiving operations in compliance with deadlines and quality- Optimize internal logistics flows and reduce cycle times, travel, and errors- Manage activity peaks and adapt resources to maintain performance- Lead continuous improvement actions (lean, process optimization)- Manage, develop, and mobilize teams in a demanding and performance-oriented environment- Ensure coordination with internal departments to align production and customer commitmentsYour profile- You have a higher education degree in Supply Chain and/or logistics and have confirmed experience in industrial logistics, with expertise in stock management and distribution in a demanding environment- You are an experienced manager, a true field leader, capable of inspiring, demanding, and getting the best out of your teams- You have experience in continuous improvement (Lean) / logistics or master ERP / WMS systems (ideally ProConcept or equivalent)- You have a strong analytical capacity, a sense of organization, and know how to make decisions quicklyWe offer- A stable and challenging position, the social benefits of a large company, a salary adapted to the skills and requirements of the position, and the opportunity to join a company attached to its values and traditions, in a pleasant, dynamic, and stimulating work environmentInterested?Send us your complete application file (CV, work certificates, diplomas). jid0a39eefaen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
