Responsibilities

Manage and develop the electrical engineering department with a team of three electrical engineers.

Lead the construction of switchgear cabinets and execution of electrical and automation projects.

Ensure efficient cooperation with software and mechanical departments and maintain project schedules.

Prepare work plans, procure components, and maintain inventory management.

Optimize processes within the department and contribute to the growth and stability of the team.

Apply knowledge of variable speed drives (especially Lenze 9400) and control with Sigmatek to project solutions.

Promote continuous improvement and support knowledge sharing across the department.

Qualifications

College degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Several years of experience in a leadership role within electrical engineering.

Knowledge of variable speed drives (preferably Lenze 9400) and control systems such as Sigmatek is an advantage.

Structured working style with experience using ERP systems.

Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

A hands‑on mentality and a valid driving license B(E) are a plus.
