We are looking to recruit a Social Media Coordinator (English, French and German) for Eli Lilly (Suisse) SA, one of the largest international pharmaceutical companies, for a one‑year contract.

Mission

Working at the intersection of digital strategy, marketing, and corporate communications, you will manage Lilly Switzerland’s social media channels, execute omnichannel campaigns, and contribute to the continuous evolution of customer engagement capabilities.

Manage and develop Lilly Switzerland’s social media presence across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok), ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements.

Coordinate the editorial calendar, aligning published content, disease-state priorities, corporate communications activities, and business KPIs.

Develop and localise social media content adapted to Switzerland’s multilingual market.

Oversee relationships with social media and creative agencies, ensuring quality, coherence, and timely delivery of content.

Collaborate across functions—Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Medical Affairs, IT, Ethics&Compliance, and Legal—to ensure integrated and compliant execution of all digital activities.

Profil

University degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management across multiple platforms in a business context.

Understanding of how organic and paid content work differently on each platform, how algorithms reward content, and what success looks like for a health or corporate brand.

Fluency in English, German and French (written and spoken).

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar environment in Switzerland.

Ability to translate complex scientific or medical content into accessible, engaging digital formats.

Curious, motivated, proactive, adaptable and dynamic.

Partially remote working possible.

Valid Swiss work permit and available immediately.
