Experienced PPE Assistant, Les Avanchets

Well-established in Geneva, we are a medium-sized real estate management company that manages buildings in both the free and subsidized sectors on behalf of various owners, such as real estate companies, condominiums (PPE), pension funds, municipalities, etc.We are looking for:An experienced PPE AssistantYour role will consist of assisting a manager in the administrative and technical management of a condominium portfolio.Responsibilities:- Processing mail, emails, phone calls, and the manager's agenda;- Ensuring communication between the management company, co-owners, tenants of managed units, caretakers, and companies;- Issuing work orders and requests for quotes;- Checking and processing invoices;- Establishing and monitoring budgets in collaboration with the manager and preparing committee meetings and general assemblies (preparation of documents and logistics);- Attendance at general assemblies and committee meetings, as well as taking and drafting minutes (several evenings per year) and following up on tasks;- Monitoring and developing office automation tools.Profile&Experience:- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial/technical employee or an equivalent qualification;- You can demonstrate solid experience of at least 5 years within a management company as a PPE assistant;- APGCI/USPI certification is an asset;Languages:- French: perfect command of spoken and written;- English: an asset.Required Skills:- Autonomy, teamwork, dynamism;- Priority management, resistance to stress, and versatility;- Availability, discretion, and reliability;- Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset;- Writing skills, impeccable spelling;- Mastery of office tools and management software.Start date:July 1stWorkplace:Les AvanchetsActivity rate:60% to 80%Does this new adventure in real estate spark your interest?We invite you to send us your complete application file (cover letter, CV, copies of diplomas, and work certificates).Only complete applications that meet this profile will be considered. jid4e63d95aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
