To strengthen our Cross-Functional Services and actively contribute to the quality of our activities, in the heart of an environment in full evolution and carrying many challenges, we are looking for a Finance Officer - 60%.Your ActionIn this role, you guarantee a key processing role within the Finance team, and in direct collaboration with the Deputy Director of the Cross-Functional Services Department. You contribute to the smooth running of activities, by ensuring rigorous processing of files and responsibilities.Responsibilities and activities- Manage the billing process for beneficiaries- Establish contracts and amendments- Create and keep individual files up to date (ERP and paper)- Collect and verify elements related to payroll (hours, absences, expense reports)- Process monthly payments- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable- Accounts Receivable Management- Processing of Accounts Payable invoices- Verify and allocate standard accounting documents- Control the quality and consistency of accounting entries according to current directives- Follow-up of subsidies (OFAS)- Enter and verify internal data- Ensure the follow-up of files transmitted by the authorities- Data processing for general accounting- Guarantee the quality and consistency of data- Maintain, file, and update files (digital and paper, scans, archives)- Ensure the filing and follow-up of documents- Provide occasional support according to the needs of the departmentYour Profile- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in commerce or equivalent- Proven experience in an administrative and/or finance function- Proficiency with standard tools, knowledge of ProConcept is an asset- A sense of organization and priorities- Discretion and respect for confidentialityTerms of employment:- Type of contract: Indefinite duration- Start date: Immediately or by arrangement- Workplace: Lausanne (on-site)- Working conditions: CCT Social Vaud- Special hiring condition: Standard and special criminal record extract– cleanINTERESTED?Does your profile match our announcement and do you wish to commit to a meaningful environment?We look forward to receiving your complete application (CV, cover letter, diplomas, work certificates) via the online portal.For any further information:Deputy Director of the Cross-Functional Services Department. jid2423295aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
