To accompany the developments in the health sector and strengthen academic excellence at the regional and intercantonal level, the HES-SO is opening the position of:Head of Health Domain (%)Your responsibilities:Reporting to the Rector and as a member of the HES-SO Executive Committee, you lead the development of the Health domain and actively contribute to the academic influence of the HES-SO at the French-speaking, national, and international levels. At the head of the Health Domain Council, you coordinate the issues related to basic training, applied research and development (R&D), continuing education, as well as services. In close collaboration with the management of the universities of applied sciences, the heads of the Health domain programs, and institutional and professional partners, you:- Lead reflections and development projects for the domain;- Coordinate the evolution and harmonization of the framework curricula for Health programs in line with legal requirements;- Support the development of the Bachelor, Master, and postgraduate offer;- Foster synergies between universities of applied sciences, networking, and interdisciplinary projects;- Encourage the development of applied research, innovation, and Open Science;- Represent the HES-SO and the Health domain within external bodies;- Ensure close ties are maintained with professional, political, and academic circles.In an environment in constant evolution, you actively contribute to anticipating the needs of health professions and accompanying the evolution of the profile.Your profile:- You possess a university degree at the Master level.
