You assume the role of scrub nurse in various surgical specialties (gynecology/obstetrics, urology, cardiovascular surgery, visceral surgery, robotic surgery, neurosurgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, or thoracic surgery) by adapting to the specific requirements of each intervention and each surgeon. You ensure the proper preparation and availability of sterile medical devices in the room in strict compliance with the asepsis, hygiene, and safety protocols in force. You collaborate closely with the entire team and actively contribute to the fluidity of the patient pathway.Your profileHolder of a TSO diploma, or a nursing diploma with specialization in the operating room or a title deemed equivalent in Switzerland (IDDO / IBODE, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross in case of a foreign diploma), you are experienced in complex surgery and have confirmed experience in the operating room, ideally in a multi-specialty context. You master surgical instrumentation, the management of sterile medical devices, and the organization of the operating room with excellent knowledge of asepsis, hygiene, and safety protocols. Rigorous, reliable, and endowed with good resistance to stress, you know how to evolve with precision and calm in the most demanding situations.
