Vacancy: Finance, Accounting and HR Manager (M F X) - We are looking for a Finance, Accounting and HR Manager (M F X) , for our client, an international company in Vaud, to join its corporate support structure for a permanent role: The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. Missions

* You oversee core finance and accounting activities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow follow-up and performance analysis.

* You manage key HR and payroll-related processes, covering employee administration, lifecycle management, compliance and internal coordination.

* You act as a business partner for management teams, supporting decision-making, operational alignment and process improvement.

* You ensure reliable internal controls, audit coordination, tax-related follow-up and compliance with applicable Swiss regulations.

* You lead, support and develop team members while contributing to systems, tools and organizational improvements.

Profil du candidat

* You have strong experience in finance and accounting management, ideally with exposure to HR, payroll or broader administrative responsibilities.

* You are comfortable working in an international and structured environment with financial reporting, audits, internal controls and operational processes.

* You have experience with ERP systems, financial tools and advanced Excel-based analysis or reporting.

* You are organized, reliable and able to manage priorities while collaborating with different stakeholders.

* You are professionally fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
